Dates: 11/25/25 - 12/02/25

This week’s efforts were focused on finalizing documentation, improving mechanical components of the NAVI system, and preparing the necessary materials for final testing and project presentation.

I continued developing and refining the written report, completing the remaining sections and ensuring all content was aligned with project requirements. On the mechanical side, I reprinted the face support using FlexiTough material to increase durability and user comfort. This redesigned version includes optimized placement for the haptic motors, improving both fitment and tactile response. I also reprinted the infrared sensor mounting inserts for the sides of the NAVI enclosure to ensure proper alignment and secure installation.

To further enhance the user interface component, I applied a neoprene base layer to the face support, adding cushioning and comfort during wear. In parallel, I began constructing the “Final Testing and Results” webpage, including sections for videos, photos, and documentation of each engineering requirement for assessment.

Lastly, I continued developing the PowerPoint presentation, organizing content and visuals that will support the final demonstration of the NAVI system.
